"The Bulletin” is published four times annually. It is mailed to all members of the SCMOTC Board of Directors, including appointees. Other recipients include NOMOTC State/National Liaison, the NCA President, all member clubs and prospective clubs. Convention/Workshop attendees receive the next two issues following the event of attendance.
The Bulletin is also posted under the Member's Only section for access by paid member clubs and their members.
